Abstract: A field experiment was conducted at Ismailia Research Experimental station, Ismailia Govern., Egypt during winter season of 2011/2012 to evaluate the interaction between different levels of humic acid, Arbuscular Mycorrhizae Fungi (AMF), N2 – fixers (Azotobacter chroococcum and Azospirillum lipoferum) and silicate bacteria (Bacillus circulans)on the growth and yield of wheat (Tritium astivum L.). Application of AMF, N2 – fixers, Bacillus circulans and 75 % humic acid separately increased plant growth parameters particularly with 75 % N,P, and K comparing to control. Moreover, the interaction of AMF+ N2 – fixers + Bacillus circulans +75 % humic acid +75 % NPK gave significant increase in all growth and yield arameters where it recorded the best plant height (70 cm) after 75 days of sowing, numbers of tillers / plant (3 and 4) at both 45 and 75 days of sowing respectively, plant dry weight 4.81 and 34.7 ( g / plant ) after 45 and 75 days of sowing respectively. Most probable number (MPN) of Azotobacter spp and plate count of B. circulans recorded 0.60 and 1.33 x 106 cfu and 0.210 and 7.61x106 cfu after 45 and 75 days respectively, with combine mixture of AMF, N2- fixer B. circulans in the presence of both 75% humic acid and NPK. Whereas, the mixture treatment + (25 % humic + NPK ) recorded the highest MPN count of Azospirillum spp; being 3.97 and 6.51 x106 at both 45 and 75 days respectively. In concern, nitrogenase and dehyrogenase activities , treatment mix + 50 % Humic acid + NPK recorded the highest N2 – ase activity at 45 days whereas , the treatment mix + 75 % ( humic + NPK) gave the highest activities of both nitrogenase and dehyrogenase enzymes at 75 days respectively . The highest values of N, P and K in shoot at 45 and 75 days also recorded with the same treatment .In seeds , mix + 75 % (humic acid +NPK) (T19) obtained the highest values of N, P, and K % compared to other treatments including control .This treatment also, recorded the best AM colonization (%) , number of spores after harvest . The yield components recorded the highest values with mix + 75 % Humic acid +NPK 2.095 ton/ fed seed yield (2.910 ton /fed straw yield and 88.80 g /1000 seed weight)
